Tetraploid emmer wheat (Triticum turgidum L. ) is the founder progenitor of the A and B subgenome of bread wheat, providing the indispensable gene pool for wheat genetic improvement. This database integrated the germplasm information, phenotypic tratis, genomic variation, gene expression and QTL/eQTL loci of wild emmer, cultivated emmer and durum wheat, including 62,404,339 SNPs and2,543,572 Indels as well as 1,003 QTLs and 105,462 eQTLs.
Gene expression levels of different emmer wheat accessions based on RNA-seq analysis.
